amazing
Myanmar (Burma) is dangerous just like they said. I never strayed away from the group. Frankly, I was too afraid to enjoy myself.
Burma was absolutely beautiful.
It was amazing.
And my heart was broken.
I realised that one hour after being back in Hong Kong.
Yes, if we had left the bus and walked on the streets of Yangon (Rangoon), it would have been riskay, but we didn’t.
We visited gorgeous Bagan and watched gorgeous sunsets, stood on top of gorgeous pagodas barefoot.
We touched the lives of 1000 students and I did all I could for them. And all we needed in return were their smiles.
We lit 1000 candles at the Shwedagon Pagoda.
We cried together and laughed together and sang together
